Shipping & Delivery Policy
We make every effort to get orders placed Monday through Saturday shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We proudly ship all CraftGeer.com orders using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. In most cases, your order will arrive within two business days of shipping.
A USPS tracking # will be provided when an order is shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information, and it will be updated in the “My Account” section of CraftGeer.com.
All orders of less than $55.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95 per shipments. Orders totaling $55.00 or more ship free via USPS Priority Mail.
CraftGeer will happily ship to anywhere in the world, however, customers outside of the United States will be billed the actual shipping charge for USPS International Priority Mail Service to your adress. Both the flat-rate shipping and free shipping offers are not available on orders shipped outside the United States. In the event that there is a significantly less expensive option than USPS International Priority Mail, the team at CraftGeer will attempt to contact you before shipping your order. In the case that you choose the less expensive option, a refund will be issued within 72 hours of your order shipping. The preferred payment method for international orders is PayPal.
In the event an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
If you wish to return an item you purchased from CraftGeer.com, your item must be in its original unused condition in the case that it is simply something that you do not want. If there is an item is damaged, please contact CraftGeer at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. All returns must take place within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and/or used. These include (but are not limited to) clothing and glassware. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but (in some cases) you will have to pay return shipping.
